Completes asynchronous host-owned enrichment of a prepared NextGen GAM request builder.

Call exactly one terminal method for each request. The first terminal call wins; Storyteller ignores duplicate calls. onNoFill and onFailure continue with a clean Storyteller request without bidder enrichment. If the enclosing ad context is cancelled first, Storyteller ignores later completion and does not load the request.

The host owns bidder timeout policy. A configured asynchronous enrichment callback must eventually call one terminal method unless the ad context is cancelled.
