Unmutes eligible Story or Clip playback without resuming paused video or changing device volume. With no active presentation, retains the choice for the next Story or Clip. During presentation, enabled mute controls synchronize Stories and Clips; hidden controls affect the active context. Call after initialize succeeds. Device and audio-focus constraints still apply, so successful completion does not guarantee audible output. No earlier state is restored.
